Services & Offerings
Individual psychotherapy offers a private, one-on-one space to talk, where your experience is the focus.
Sessions are personalized to your needs and draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support various mental health concerns.
Individual psychotherapy aims to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and deepen your understanding of your inner world so you can move toward meaningful change, growth, healing, and well-being.
Teen psychotherapy provides a supportive and confidential space for adolescents to talk about what’s going on in their lives.
With a collaborative and developmentally attuned approach, therapy focuses on meeting teens where they are and supports them in finding adaptive ways to navigate life’s challenges and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self- understanding.
Couples psychotherapy is for any couple, regardless of age, how long they’ve been together, whether they are married or not, living together or apart, and whether or not they have children.
Couples therapy offers a space to better understand dynamics/patterns, improve communication, strengthen emotional connection and attunement, and support partners in finding their way back to each other with greater understanding and care.

Consent Form - After booking the first session, a consent form will be sent via the Jane system to review and complete prior to the appointment.
First Session - The first session includes reviewing paperwork and setting expectations for the therapy process. It is primarily focused on getting to know you, your story, what brings you in, and what you’re hoping for in therapy.
